1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Sitera, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Service Description
Sitera is an AI-powered Business Operating Platform (SaaS) that helps you build and operate websites through an AI questionnaire and functional modules (booking, e-commerce, blog, forms, etc.). You retain ownership of your content. We provide hosting, tools, and infrastructure for your published sites. The service targets Turkey and the Arab region.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing selected at signup or upgrade. Payments are processed by our payment provider. You authorize recurring charges for subscription plans until you cancel. Billing cycles are monthly or annual as chosen.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
4. Credits Policy
Sitera uses a credits system. Each AI action (e.g., generating content, adding sections) consumes credits. Credits may be included in your subscription or purchased as top-ups.
- No refund for consumed credits: Once credits are used, they cannot be refunded or restored.
- Unused credits: Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period unless otherwise stated.
- Top-up credits: Purchased top-up credits may expire after a specified period; check the pricing page for details.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data may be retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy. Refunds are not provided for subscription fees already paid or for consumed credits. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests at our discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Sitera for:
- Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws.
- Harmful, abusive, or offensive content.
- Infringement of intellectual property or third-party rights.
- Spam, phishing, or malware distribution.
- Circumventing security measures or abusing the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Sitera is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or damages arising from your use of the service or third-party integrations.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.
